Kick the butt for your sex life

kick the buttEvery day, thousands of young men start smoking for the first time. Perhaps if they knew how cigarettes are going to affect their sex life, they would never light up. Here are some ways smoking will affect their sex lives:
It will make it harder to get it up
The first thing you’ve to realise about smoking is it causes erectile dysfunction or impotence. An erection is caused due to the hydraulic effect of blood entering and being retained in spongy bodies within the penis. Both the brain (to send a signal) and the heart (to pump blood to the penis) must work properly to get and maintain an erection. ED occurs whenever any of the proceedings are disrupted and smokingdisrupts them aplenty.
According to men’s health physician, Dr Vijaysarathi Ramanthan, ‘Smoking affects every system/organ of the body including sexual functioning. People need to understand that erection in men has a lot to do with a healthy heart, blood vessels. Smokers are twice as likely to get erectile dysfunction as non-smokers.’
Decrease your chances of being a father
Along with causing erectile dysfunction smoking can also hurt fertility levels. It does so by lowering your sperm count, affecting its motility and messing up its shape. All this makes it harder for your sperm to fertilise the egg.
And make you want less sex!
Along with ED and infertility, smoking wreaks havoc to your testosterone levels as well. For those not in the know testosterone is a hormone which increases libido and muscle growth. When you light up, it raises your testosterone levels temporarily. However in the long run it has negative effect by increasing the carbon monoxide content in your blood which inhibits the production of the hormone. So guys if you really want to be manly, it’s time to kick the butt.

How to get rid of pregnency

There are some efficient ways to prevent pregnency..
Always use condom during sex - This will help you to being prevent from to be ineffeted from sperms which results in pregnency when goes in vegina.
Also use contraceptive pill - It is advisable to use condoms and the pill together. However, if you use just the pill you will risk pregnancy if you forget to take one or more. Iso for this to happen, you must use condoms and the pill for the rest of the pill cycle.
Take contaceptive pills at a regular time - It lowers the uneffectiveness of the pill so you should always take it at the same time each day.
Avoid unprotected sex during monthly period - A lot of people think that whilst you are on your period you can't get pregnant... that is totally wrong! So work on the assumption that there is never a "safe time" to have unprotected sex.
Pulling out penis before ejaculation to avoid pregnency - Ur penis is like a loaded gun... it's always dangerous, so protect it with a condom at all times!
Its harmful to rub penis around vegina - Due to that some sperms may go outside.
Stop partner to put finger in vegina after touching penis - even before ejaculation some sperm can be present.
Penis touched fingers didn't touched to outside of condom - sperm could be transferred to the condom and then get inside the vagina.
Don't leave a penis inside a vagina too long after ejaculation - It is always best to withdraw straight after ejaculation as a common cause for condoms coming off inside is when the penis has gone down and the condom is no longer a tight fit.
Don't have sex if you think all this is too much to remember! - It's easy to make a mistake in the heat of the moment so make sure this knowledge is second nature so you don't have to think about it!
Lastly....
Never underestimate the power of sperm... a small drop of semen on the end of a man's penis carries enough sperm to fertilise all the women in Columbia! In case your geography is not that hot, we are talking around 18 million babies!
